*DirectConnect Gateway: This product supports the use of Direct Secure Messaging (DSM) for the sending and receiving of patient related documents and data. In order to implement DSM, the customer must contract Iatric Systems for the DirectConnect Gateway (DCG) product, which facilitates the communications between the applicable Iatric Systems product and a Health Information Services Provider (HISP) - which is an organization that provisions, implements, and supports DSM infrastructure, addresses, digital certificates, etc. Please consult with Iatric Systems in order to obtain a detailed quote for DirectConnect Gateway (DCG), as well as DCG's specific server hardware and software requirements.

Server and Storage Hardware Costs:  This product requires server and data storage resources - please consult with Iatric Systems for the specific server hardware and software requirements for this product.

Microsoft Software Licensing Costs:  This product requires server and storage resources, which may also require Microsoft server licenses for server operating system, server data base, etc. - please consult with Iatric Systems for the specific server hardware and software requirements for this product.

Third Party Software Licensing Costs:  This product requires server and data storage resources, therefore other third party software and licenses may be required for digital certificates, server backup, virus protection, etc. - please consult with Iatric Systems for the specific server hardware and software requirements for this product.

DirectConnect Gateway Costs:  This product supports the use of Direct Secure Messaging (DSM) for the sending and receiving of patient related documents and data. In order to implement DSM, the customer must contract Iatric Systems for the DirectConnect Gateway (DCG) product, which facilitates the communications between the applicable Iatric Systems product and a Health Information Services Provider (HISP) - which is an organization that provisions, implements, and supports DSM infrastructure, addresses, digital certificates, etc. Please consult with Iatric Systems in order to obtain a detailed quote for DirectConnect Gateway (DCG), as well as DCG's specific server hardware and software requirements.

Direct Secure Messaging Related Costs:  This product supports the use of Direct Secure Messaging (DSM) for the sending and receiving of patient related documents and data. In order to implement DSM, the customer must contract with a Health Information Services Provider (HISP), which provisions, implements, and supports the related DSM infrastructure, addresses, digital certificates, etc. Depending on the HISP utilized, there may be pre-requisite one-time and/or recurring costs associated with their services (such as for initial set-up,  recurring subscription and/or transaction fees, etc.). Please consult with the applicable HISP in order to obtain a detailed listing of all associated one-time and recurring costs.

Third Party Interface and/or Integration Costs:  This product can be used to send and/or receive data to and from third party EMR, HIS, PACS, and/or other third party systems. If applicable and depending on the third vendor(s) involved, they may have pre-requisite and associated licensing, implementation, and/or support costs for their interfaces, interface software, etc. Please consult with the applicable third party vendor(s) to obtain a detailed listing of all of their associated one-time and recurring costs.

Third Party Email Software Licensing Costs:  This product utilizes third party email systems (secure or unsecure) to send notifications to patients, providers, and/or proxies (if applicable). Therefore, depending on the email system a customer may be utilizing for this purpose, there may be additional software and/or licensing related costs. Please consult with the applicable email vendor(s) in order to obtain a detailed listing of all associated one-time and recurring costs.
