Meaningful Use Manager, version 3.0, has been certified as an EHR Module for Eligible Hospitals, certification number CC-2014-290560-3 and Meaningful Use Manager with Clinical Quality Measures, version 3.0, certification numbers CC-2014-290560-11, CC-2014-290560-12 and CC-2014-290560-16. Meaningful Use Manager version 3.0, is compliant with the ONC 2014 Edition criteria on August 28, 2013, November 12, 2013, December 6, 2013 and April 3, 2014 by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®), an ONC-ACB, in accordance with the applicable Hospital certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Meaningful Use Manager, version 3.0, meets the following certification criteria: 170.314(g)(2) Automated Measure Calculation, 170.314(g)(4) Quality Management System, 170.314(c)(1) Clinical Quality Measures - Capture and Export, 170.314(c)(2) Clinical Quality Measures – Incorporate and Calculate and 170.314(c)(3) Clinical Quality Measures – Electronic Submission. The additional types of costs that an ELIGIBLE HOSPITAL would pay to implement the Meaningful Use Manager, Version 3.0 in order to attempt to meet meaningful use objectives and measures include the following, if required: MS-SQL licensing, data storage, and initial hardware investment.
